Automatic, or by hand: The offer walks your on-shift drivers and the board shows it moving — “Offered to Maria · 2 of 5 tried”. Or the job waits in the queue until you assign it yourself.
Switch at any point: Take an automatic job back by hand mid-offer, or let one go. It is a decision per job, not a setting you live with.
