Platform terms

Dispatchn is a software platform. We are not a transportation provider. We do not carry passengers, we do not own, lease or operate vehicles, and we do not employ, licence, train, direct or supervise drivers. We are not a taxi company, a livery operator or a transportation network company under the law of any jurisdiction.

Your operating authority, your vehicle licensing and inspections, your commercial insurance, your drivers and their licences are entirely yours, and obtaining or holding any of them is your responsibility alone. Nothing in this product grants, evidences or substitutes for an authority to operate.

We do not vet, endorse, guarantee or recommend the operators listed on dispatchn.co. We do not verify operating authority, vehicle licensing, insurance or driver credentials. What is shown on an operator page is supplied by that operator and is presented exactly as they gave it to us.

Routes, estimated times of arrival and positions shown in the product are estimates from third-party mapping data. They are operational aids, not guarantees, and they are not a substitute for the driver's own judgement about the road in front of them.

When a customer pays you through Dispatchn, two amounts are deducted automatically at the time of payment: a platform service fee of 7% of the payment, and a processing allowance of 2.9% + $0.30 per charge, which covers the card-processing cost the platform is billed for on your charge. The remainder is transferred to your own connected bank account.

Worked example. On a $4,000.00 monthly account payment: $280.00 platform service fee (7%) and $116.30 processing allowance (2.9% + $0.30) are deducted, and $3,603.70 is transferred to your own account.

There is no subscription, no per-vehicle licence and no minimum. In a month where nobody pays you through Dispatchn, you are billed nothing.

Payouts go to a Stripe account in your business name that you connect and control. Payout timing is set by Stripe and your bank, not by us.

If you refund a customer, the platform service fee on that payment is returned to you. The processing allowance is not, because the card networks do not return the processing cost of a refunded charge to the platform.

Chargebacks and disputes on your charges are yours. We will give you the records we hold to help you contest one.

Your customer records, trip history and vehicle records are yours. You can export them at any time, and closing your account does not entitle us to keep using them.

If these terms change materially we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it before your next payment. Your prior acceptance stays valid through any grace period stated at the time.
